Ideally located on the By-Pass, one of Bali’s main avenues, where numerous artisans, manufacturers, and factories congregate. Our wood prefabs factory location offers undeniable visibility and easy access for suppliers, consultants, and clients.

Over the last 10 years we’ve built more than 300 bungalows, tiny houses and villas in our wood manufacturing facility in Bali, Indonesia. We now build in excess of 40 wooden homes each year to accommodate the continued growth and increased demand for high-quality prefab houses around the world.

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE

Our Bali factory, spanning an area of 7,000 square meters, offers an unparalleled production space in the region. With 2 offices, a meeting room, a large covered fabrication area and a wood processing area, our wood prefab factory has it all.

Also, the size of this site has allowed multiple businesses to coexist on the same premises. A freight warehouse is available to facilitate the export of wooden constructions, and a metal working company participates in the fabrication of specific elements for these builds. The proximity of these collaborative businesses accelerates the manufacturing process and ensures significant control over the various steps involved in our projects.
