WOOD PREFABS DESIGNED, BUILT AND SHIPPED FROM BALI

Phase 1: Design & Personalization

(1-2 weeks)

• Step 1: Initial Consultation: Schedule a consultation with our design team to discuss your vision, lifestyle needs, and budget. We’ll guide you through model selection, finishes, and optional features. Consultations are available via video call or in person at our Denpasar showroom.
• Step 2: Model Selection: choose from seven stunning designs, each offering unique space and style:
  • Pod 20 (20 sqm): A compact and efficient design, ideal for a guest house or a minimalist retreat.
  • Suite 35 (35 sqm): Perfect for a single person or couple, offering comfortable living in a stylish space.
  • Studio 46 (46 sqm): Ample space for a studio apartment or a small family, with open-plan living and adaptable layouts.
  • Loft 65 (65 sqm): Incorporating open-plan living and loft-style features, ideal for those seeking spaciousness and modern design.
  • Cottage 70 (70 sqm): A charming and functional cottage design, providing comfortable living for families.
  • Villa 75 (75 sqm): Elegant and spacious, offering luxurious family living with multiple rooms and ample space.
  • Twin 90 (90 sqm): Our largest model, perfect for larger families or those seeking substantial living areas and multiple bedrooms.
• Step 3: Finish Selection: Enhance your prefab’s aesthetic with one of our three sophisticated finishes:
  • Coastal: Evokes a relaxed beachfront feel with light, airy finishes, whitewashed wood accents, and light-colored fabrics.
  • Natural: Emphasizes warm, earthy tones using sustainably sourced timber, showcasing natural textures and finishes.
  • Urban: Features a sleek, modern design with clean lines, dark-toned woods, and metallic accents for a contemporary look.
• Step 4: Optional Extras: elevate your living experience with these optional upgrades:
  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing): Complete pre-installation for seamless functionality, including plumbing, electrical wiring, light fixtures, and an electrical panel.
  • Built-in Furniture: High-quality, sustainably sourced kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, and bathroom vanities, meticulously crafted to complement your chosen design.
  • Loose Furniture Package: Curated collections of comfortable and stylish furniture, including sofas, beds, chairs, tables, and outdoor furniture.
  • Pool (Indonesia Only): A custom-built pool to complete your Balinese luxury experience. (Overseas customers will need a local contractor).
• Step 5: Preliminary Site Assessment (If needed): For Architectural Integration services or site suitability assessment, we offer remote evaluations from your surveyor mapping at extra cost.

Phase 2: Order & Contract

(1-2 weeks)

• Step 6: Request a Quote: Receive a detailed, personalized quote based on your chosen model, finish, and optional extras.
• Step 7: Architectural Integration (extra cost): If selected, we’ll manage land surveying, design integration, and building permit acquisition.
• Step 8: Contract Signing & Payment: Upon quote acceptance, a detailed contract outlining specifications, timelines, and payment terms will be provided for your review and sign. A deposit will be required to initiate the production process.

Phase 3: Fabrication & Delivery

(2 to 5 months depending on model and location)

• Step 9: Fabrication & Quality Control: Your prefab is expertly crafted in our Denpasar factory with rigorous quality checks at every stage. You will receive regular progress updates.
• Step 10: Packaging & Shipping: Once complete, your prefab is carefully disassembled, packaged in secure shipping containers, and shipped globally. We’ll provide tracking information. Shipping times vary from 6-8 weeks, depending on your location.

Phase 4: On-Site Installation & Completion

(1-6 weeks depending on model and local installation team)

• Step 11: Delivery & Site Preparation: Ensure your site is prepared for unloading and reassembly according to our instructions.
• Step 12: Re-Installation: A detailed manual and clearly labeled parts facilitate reassembly by your local building team. For smaller models, allow 1-3 weeks; larger models, up to 6 weeks.
• Step 13: On-site Installation Service (Commercial Projects): Our team can handle professional on-site installation for larger commercial projects at extra cost.
